Campus Princess Audition - Road to Miss India 2016 "DREAM, BELIEVE, REALIZE !!.." Campus Princess is an exclusive property of Times of India group which searches and helps in enhancing prospective profiles for the Miss India Pageant by engaging with the student community. It is the source of fresh talent at the grass root level. The rationale behind this initiative is to establish a closely knit interface between the young college going aspirants and the fashion & lifestyle industry. The winners of this event will get fast-tracked to the Miss India 2016 Pageant. The shortlisted participants will be walking the ramp as per the Miss India criteria. Miss India Organization would be gracing the occasion and judging the audition. -o- The winners get direct entry to the final round of Miss India 2016 auditions in Mumbai. -o- They also get a chance to be a part of the Exclusive Miss India Organization, 6 Day Grooming School wherein they get trained by the best names in the fashion and glamour Industry. -o- The winners also get a chance in the capacity of a wild card entry to be the finalist of Miss India 2016. -o- Miss India Organization merchandise to be entitled to the winners. -o- It is a solo event. -o- Registration for the same is online which will generate a unique code for the individual participant. -o- It is a 3 day event. -o- Day 1: Audition / Shortlisting / Questionnaire filling round: This is the first round in which the contestants will fill the Questionnaire form. This is an audition cum short listing round. -o- Day 2: On Stage & On Ramp Activities -o- Activity 1: Ramp Walk in "Be yourself" theme -o- Activity 2: 2 extempore activity where in you shall be required to do some task as specified by the penal of experts. The details shall be announced 5 minutes before the actual start of event of Day 2. -o- Activity 3: "Team round" where you will be placed in a team and some activity shall be done by each team. The exact details of activities allotted to each team shall be announced at the time of event. -o- Day 3: Finale: On Stage & On Ramp Activities -o- Activity 1: Ramp Walk in "Professional Attires" -o- Activity 2: Talent Round (You have to show case some talent of yours which may be music, dance, theatre or any related activities) -0- Activity 3: Extempore round: You shall be asked to do some activity. Youth Vibe Roadies YV Roadies is a lifestyle event which will consist of various adventure and sports based physical and mental tasks which will be having the glimpses of MTV Roadies. The robust tasks in YV Roadies will test the contenders on their physical and mental abilities. The duration of the event will of 4 days i.e. from 28th - 31st October 2015. The event will also accumulate the global exposure as the contestants will also be invited from the universities other than LPU. Type of event: Solo Team Size: 1 Date of event: 28th - 31st October 2015 (All days of the fest) The event shall have a number of activities starting from GD & Personal Interview to on ground tasks & activities. -
-o- The selection criteria of YV Roadies will consist of Group Discussion round and personal interviews. -o- Group discussions and personal interviews will be held on 28th October 2015. -o- Group discussions will be moderated by the event coordinators. -o- Personal interviews will be taken by a team of experts. -o- The rules can be changed by the organizers on spot in some situations. -o- The participants can be from any of the Universities or Colleges.

Contestants should note that it is not a fashion designing competition but a fashion show. Hence the emphasis in this competition is not on the clothes you design but on how you carry yourselves in those clothes and depict a story or a theme through your attires,walks and choreography.
Paridhan- The fashion Parade is an extravaganza event where groups of models shall walk amidst a crowd of over 30000+ people depicting a theme or a story through their attires, walks and choreography. It shall be an evening of a life time not only for over 200+ models walking down the ramp but also for all those present there experiencing it. Much to the delights of the competing teams we have handsome cash prize and the following prizes/titles/awards on offer:

-o- Best Choreography
-o- Best Theme & Depiction
-o- Mr. Handsome of the Eve & Ms. Diva of the Eve -
-o- There should be 8-24 Models per team exclusive of the designer, choreographer, manager and one more supporting member for music and light. -o- It is a theme based Fashion show where every team has to represent a unique and innovative theme. Some examples of themes are as follows: Bridal,Celebrations and Occasions, Festival, Indo-western, Black and White (retro), Colors, Formals, Diversity in India, Diversity of the world,Eco-oriented, Negative Power, Terrorism, World Peace, Deforestation or any other themes as per your choice. -o- A team shall be given a maximum of 15 minutes including set up and clearance for their performance. However it is mandatory that a team performs for a minimum of 6 minutes. Your time starts counting as soon as the name of the team is announced. -o- T-shaped extension will be provided on the main stage. -o- A person per team must be there to manage sound and lights each. -o- Emphasis will be given to Themes, Waling Style, Props, Originality, Make Up, Walks & Choreography, Stage Utilization. -o- No props and costumes will be provided by the organizers. Teams have to bring their own costumes and props. -o- Use of materials like candles, fire, cigarettes, alcohol and any hazardous materials on stage is prohibited. -o- Two copies of soundtrack to be submitted prior to the show in standard audio format .WAV or .MP3 of sound quality 320 KBPS or above to the organizers (in CDs or PD, no laptops). -o- Vulgarity of any kind would lead to disqualification of the team from the event. Hence, if the team feels that any stunt or costume design can be deemed as vulgar or appealing nudity, it is strongly advised to consult organizers than performing it directly on stage. It is also advised to all the teams that in case of dresses and attires of female above knee cap, stockings(black/cream/skin) as per suitability of the attire must be preferred. -o- A green room would be provided for changing purpose separately for boys and girls but the same may be shared by two or more teams. -o- The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final and binding in all respect. -o- It is imperative that all team members must possess a valid college id which must be presented at the time of registration. -o- It is preferred that a team should be composed of students from the same Institutes, however, the festival being an open festival, a team may be composed of students from multiple colleges/institutes etc. subject to the condition that they are all College/University regular students and possess appropriate University/Campus/Institute Identity Cards. -o- Academies & Clubs such as Dance/Theatre /Music /Film Production/ Photography/ Sports etc. are also permitted to participate, the festival being an open festival. -o- An individual can be a part of more than one team in this competition. However the organizers shall not be responsible if the team in which the individual is participating gets subsequent slot of performance.
