• The Youth Vibe 2015- Social Summit is one of a kind social initiative which shall serve as an ingress to the eradication of various loopholes currently persisting in our society in 
    various forms. The summit shall specifically concentrated on the social work done for the betterment of youth. The Social Summit will pave the way for all the imperial and 
    magnanimous people to forth their views and thoughts, their work along with their unique and innovative ideas that have been already implemented or would be implemented in near future to help the needy. It would allow them to showcase their objectives and work in front of the global youth that shall endeavor their present position in the society. 
     
    MISSION 
     
    The YV 2015- Social Summit shall pursue the following Mission:  
      
    1.	Provide a platform to active NGOs/Social Active Groups / Common Interest Groups to interact with other such organization working in the same field and expose their good works to Youth who are indeed the face of India. 
      
    2.	Provide every youth an opportunity to learn from the inspiration, skills, experiences, and networks of active NGOs/Social Active Groups / Common Interest Groups to make a social impact through innovation and entrepreneurship.  
     
    OBJECTIVES 
     
    Youth Vibe 2015- The Social Summit, shall encompass two way objective that shall emblazon its mission in a more pragmatic manner:  
     
    1. A world in which everyone is exposed to an opportunity set that allows them to pursue their passions 
    2. A world in which everyone takes an active role as a positive change maker. 
     
    Youth Vibe 2015- The Social Summit shall be a conducted in an organized fashion where it shall be comprising of two activities:  
     
    1. Prarambh/Aarohan: Present what you do through a Power Point Presentation, Audio & Visuals.  
    2. Exhibit & execute what you do through activities such as procession plays, displays, marches, etc.  
    
    Although The Summit shall be open for any enthusiastic candidate who is engrossed in Social works and activities but it would be preferred to come in a group of 5-7 people.

         ^ What does the people affected by their initiative say?

         ^ Conclusive Part: Reasons as to why & how the youth should join them in your campaign.

    -o- In this various NGOs/Social Active Groups / Common Interest Groups shall have to submit a written note of the activity they want to conduct in the campus in an especially designed format. The following shall be the major concerns: Time Required Avenue & resources required & the best suitable time.  
    
    -o- The organizers shall then give each NGOs/Social Active Groups / Common Interest Groups a specified time for execution of their projects.

    In this round participants creativity will be checked out. The participants will have to make a 
    Poster depicting various aspects of environment along with well-written slogans. 
    
    RULES: 
    1.  Sheets for making posters will be provided. 
    2.  Several topics for making the poster will be provided and the participants have to choose one of the topics among them. 
    3.  The participants will have to bring all other material that they will be needing for making the poster. 
    4.  The slogans should be self-composed. If the slogans are found to be copied the following 
    team shall be disqualified.  
    5.  Posters have to be completed within a given amount of time. 
    6.  The team which will take less time than the given time to complete the task will be given an overhead for the next round. 
    
    *****ROUND 2: MODEL-MAKING*****
     
    In this round participants innovation and speed of action will be checked. The participants will have to make a model (static/working) from the given waste (technical/non-technical). 
    
    RULES: 
    1.  The model should be made corresponding to the topic of the poster. 
    2.  The model should be completed within a given amount of time. 
    3.  The waste to be used will be provided there itself. You can get some basic things that you might require to make the model.

    1. Eight (8) minutes shall be allotted for the oral presentation and two (2) minutes for questions from the audience, however these times are subject to change depending on the number of participants any time prior to the start of the contest. Hereafter, the time allotted to the oral presentation will be referred to as the presentation period, and the time allotted to questions from the audience will be referred to as the discussion period.
    
    2. Timing system will have following characteristics:
    (a) A signal will be given at the beginning of the oral presentation.
    (b) A first warning signal will be given halfway through the presentation period.
    (c) A second warning signal will be given two minutes prior to the end of the presentation period.
    (d) A stop signal will be given at the end of the presentation period.
    (e) The judges will stop the contestant if he/she continues past the stop signal.
    
    3. If any contestant is not present at the time his/her presentation is to begin, the next contestant in the schedule shall present. The skipped contestant will be allowed to present after all other scheduled contestants have presented
